Edit Daily Schedule Subtask

Employee work schedules define workdays, non-workdays, holidays, flexible workdays, and vacations. Use the Edit Daily Schedule subtask of the Work Schedule screen to modify work schedule properties for days of the week on a recurring basis.

To modify work schedule properties for recurring days of the week, complete the following steps:

1. Click Time & Expense > Time > Timesheets > Work Schedule to display the Work Schedule screen.
2. Click the Edit Daily Schedule subtask link.
3. In the Edit Daily Schedule subtask, modify the desired fields and, when you are finished, click .
   Your modifications are applied to that day in both the current week and all future weeks.
